Summer of Caring

Small Acts, Big Impact: Make a Difference This Summer

Summer of Caring Starts July 14

From July 14 to September 19, United Way of Richland County is launching Summer of Caring—a season-long initiative bringing together companies, volunteers, and community partners to tackle over 30 hands-on service projects across our area.

From landscaping to light construction, there’s no shortage of ways to get involved. But we also know not every schedule allows for a full day of volunteering.

That’s why we’re teaming up with the American Red Cross for an easy, impactful alternative: a community blood drive.

Community Blood Drive

  • Date: Wednesday, July 23, 2025
  • Location: Open Storefront between Finish Line & Ready Up Games
2209 Richland Mall, Mansfield, OH 44906

  • Appointments are HIGHLY recommended. Scan the QR code on the flyer or click here to reserve your spot!

Whether your team joins us for a service project or donates a pint, we’re grateful for any and every way you show up for our community.
Let’s make this summer count.

One act of care can ripple through an entire community.

We’d love your help spreading the word. Please consider sharing the flyer below and encouraging participation.
